Let the Raney Travels the World Cooking Tour begin!
Here in Erfurt there is the most amazing chocolatier! (That's right Schoenbek chocolatier!) Today we took our first trip to the chocolatier to get some of the best hot chocolate ever. I have been raving about it to my teammates and our physio Laura, and insisted that we make a trip after lunch. The shop is located on a the Kramerbrucke Strasse, and is incredibly quaint and cozy. It has a classic European feel to it and is one of those unique places that is hard to find in the states. This stuff is sooo thick it coats your spoon. Way better than any Swiss Miss from home!

I know it's like the proper tea time pose! This chocolate is incredible! We were trying to guess exactly how many calories are in this chocolate bomb...we are thinking between 600-800! Ahh better skate a little faster tomorrow.
