The 4th Annual Great Thaw Arrive at the Drive Contest!

So as many of you know we typically have a little contest up here on the mountain to guess when we will actually be able to drive up to the house.  This my friends is a very competitive event with very strict rules!  The gist is that it is Price is Right rules...meaning under wins verses over.  While I know controversial at times this is just how I roll and Bob Barker has tested this in many a showcase showdown!

The prize...a delicious meal to be cooked by yours truly, here at the mountain house (round trip airfare is not included!)  Which will be an even more delicious prize post kitchen remodel. 

Below you will see where everyone stands....keep in mind it was hot hot hot up on the mountain today and the snow is melting at a record pace!  Our neighbors...the Alaskans...former ice road truckers, have now made it to the second gate to park.  It's only a matter of time until we make it to our driveway!  Right now I would say it's a close race between Mr. Bittles and Dad Raney!
